9.18.11 tour of the rio grande valley  this is a new old ride here in town. starts in los ranchos and dips down south of belen and back. the nice thing…you can strategically take the rail runner back to town if you time it right. pretty much a flat ride…fixed gear friendly. $50

9.25.11 tour de acoma more riding around in the desert. visit parts of the pueblo rarely seen by whitey. near sky city casino. $60, or can you see us now? starts in good old nob hill and rolls to tiguex park. a memorial ride for fallen cyclists…raising awareness. free.

like a vampire groundhog, i crawl from my hole to herald the coming of another poker ride. this saturday night, come out and sing praise to the cooling darkness…or just come to ride.

due to no malfeasance on my part, i won again (total annual winnings…maybe 100$ [i always get the small pots]). not only will i be the mc of saturdays event, i’m also predicting another honest win for myself in the 4th quarter.
