join us for a night of bikes and beers! meet at o’neill’s at 6:00pm to pick up your map of the stops, and the first raffle. we will have the raffle at o’niells around 7:00pm. feel free to arrive early to have dinner in the regular dining area, we will not have food service in the event space.
ride to the rest of the breweries at your own pace, or follow the group. each brewery will have a raffle once an hour, starting at 8:00pm and ending at 11:00pm. 21+ only, please drink responsibly.
4 bbq’s in 48 hours…that’s been my weekend. it started at my friend mo’s house…a late afternoon family style bbq. you know, a kids in the tire swing, bowl of chips and dip kinda bbq. four hours, 25 racers and 1 flat tire later…i’m @ rudy’s looking at enough brisket and smoked turkey to kill 4 vegetarians. they didn’t die, but that bbq was so good, it made at least one of them come out of the meat closet. sunday…beat down, 50 miles later. bbq at the finish of the lonngg dam alleycat…burgers to date~5.

sure, why not. as i write this, i’m digesting two more burgers post the monday mtb mania race bbq. all told, 10ish burgers, 1/2lb o’ brisket, 3 hot dogs. on my way home, coyotes stalked me from the shadows.
‘meet at the trailhead at the top of menaul. meet up @ 5ish…race starts at 6pm.
a mountain race, alleycat style, designed to put your riding technique, fitness, and cojones to the test! in this point based mountain alleycat, riders will be given a chance to obtain as many check points as possible in an allotted amount of time. checkpoints’ worth are based on the challenge they pose to the rider. this ride is open to cyclists of all skills levels and is fun whether you ever mountain bike or not!’
pack a lunch and come join us for a nice and easy, family friendly ride!!! we’ll start at tiguex park and ride to the bosque trail to tingley park, head back through the country club neighborhood, and return to the park for a lovely afternoon picnic. meet at 10:30am, head out at 11:00am. we’ll ride for about an hour, and start the picnic around noon.
‘a long dam race. you better be dam ready to do a full 50 miles around the city and have a dam good time. this race will emphasize getting from place to place efficiently, the checkpoints will not be too difficult to find. and there will be a little bbq afterward as well.
the race will start at ridgecrest park (ridgecrest and morningside se) sat. at 10 am.
sam will hand out maps and crayons 15 minutes before.
the race will finish at a house nearby, the info will be on the maps.’
